Kendre Miller Ready to Support Etienne in Saints Opener

Saints RB Kendre Miller is active and slated for rotational backfield work in Sunday's season opener against the Detroit Lions with Alvin Kamara ruled out due to an MCL sprain. Miller will support starter Travis Etienne alongside practice squad call-up CJ Donaldson. New Orleans is maintaining a cautious approach with Kamara, elevating Miller's role in the Saints' rushing strategy as they target a Week 2 return for their veteran starter.
