Alvin Kamara Inactive for Saints Week 1 Opener vs Lions

Saints RB Alvin Kamara is officially inactive for Sunday's season opener against the Lions as he continues recovering from an August 18 MCL sprain. Although Kamara logged a full practice on Friday after earlier limitations, New Orleans opted for caution, targeting a Week 2 return against Baltimore. Travis Etienne will start as the primary runner, supported by Kendre Miller and practice squad call-up CJ Donaldson handling backfield depth.
