Cam Leiter Struck Out Five Before Exiting Playoff Loss

Cam Leiter recorded five strikeouts over 3.1 innings for High-A Great Lakes in Friday's 5-0 season-ending loss to the Dayton Dragons. After allowing just one hit and a walk through his first three frames, the Dodgers pitching prospect surrendered two consecutive singles in the fourth inning. Those runners were eventually driven in, marking the first two earned runs allowed by Leiter across four starts since earning his promotion to High-A.
