Willson Contreras Set for Friday Rehab Assignment

Willson Contreras, recovering from a strained left hamstring, is scheduled to begin a rehab assignment this Friday at Double-A Portland. Eligible to return from the 10-day injured list later this week, the Red Sox catcher will play at least one rehab game to test his progress. His return is considered critical for the team, which has been without its primary catcher for over a week.
