Carter Hart Returns to NHL Action with Vegas Golden Knights

Goaltender Carter Hart has returned to the NHL, signing a deal with the Vegas Golden Knights in October 2025. Hart is one of three players acquitted in the Hockey Canada sexual assault case to secure a contract since the trial concluded in July 2025. He joins fellow returnees Alex Formenton, who recently signed with the Edmonton Oilers, and Dillon Dube, who is currently with the St. Louis Blues, as the league sees these players reintegrate into professional rosters.
