Hurricanes Sign Defenseman Pierre-Olivier Joseph

The Carolina Hurricanes have bolstered their defensive depth by signing unrestricted free agent Pierre-Olivier Joseph. The organization is taking a low-risk gamble on the former first-round pick to stabilize their blue line. Despite the player's previous affiliation with the Vancouver Canucks, he joins Carolina to compete for a roster spot as the team looks to enhance its defensive versatility for the upcoming season.
