Pirates Recall Ronny Simon to Major League Roster for Final Stretch

The Pittsburgh Pirates have recalled Ronny Simon to the major league roster following a series of moves over the holiday weekend. Simon joins the big league club as the Pirates look to adjust their lineup, coinciding with the decision to option Nick Yorke to Triple-A Indianapolis. This promotion gives Simon another opportunity to contribute at the major league level during the team's latest roster reshuffle, providing the Pirates with additional depth and versatility in the infield for the season.
