Geraldo Perdomo Cleared to Return to Diamondbacks Lineup

Geraldo Perdomo has been cleared to return to the Diamondbacks' lineup for Monday's game against the Royals, where he is set to start at shortstop and bat leadoff. This follows a recent incident where he was struck in the helmet by a line drive from teammate Ketel Marte. His return to the top of the order is viewed as a significant boost to the Arizona offensive structure.
