Corbin Burnes Poised for Season Debut Tuesday

Corbin Burnes (elbow) is expected to make his season debut for the Diamondbacks this Tuesday against the Royals in Kansas City. Burnes recently completed two 1-2-3 innings for the Reno Aces on August 23 and participated in a bridge camp game on Thursday. While there was internal discussion regarding a potential return for the weekend series against the Astros, the team has targeted the upcoming Kansas City series for his activation.
