Eric Lauer Placed on Injured List with Elbow Inflammation

The Dodgers have placed pitcher Eric Lauer on the injured list due to left elbow inflammation. This roster move follows a challenging outing in Tuesday's game against the St. Louis Cardinals, where the pitching staff struggled. Lauer had been a central figure in the team's ongoing rotation discussions during their current homestand. His placement on the IL coincides with the activation of Blake Treinen to the active roster.
