Nnamdi Madubuike Avoids IR, Status for Week 1 Remains Uncertain

Ravens defensive tackle Nnamdi Madubuike was not placed on injured reserve during the team's initial 53-man roster cutdown. This indicates the team does not expect him to miss the first four games of the season as he recovers from the neck injury that sidelined him for most of last year. While he is reportedly doing "more and more" in his recovery, his availability for the Week 1 opener remains uncertain as the coaching staff continues to monitor his progress.
