Jonathon Cooper Placed on Commissioner's Exempt List

The NFL has placed Broncos outside linebacker Jonathon Cooper on the commissioner's exempt list indefinitely following two offseason arrests related to domestic violence, including a felony assault/strangulation charge. Cooper is prohibited from practicing or attending games and will not count toward the Broncos' 53-man roster while on paid leave.
