Packers Acquire Running Back Kaleb Johnson via Trade

The Green Bay Packers have acquired second-year running back Kaleb Johnson from the Pittsburgh Steelers. Johnson, the 83rd overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, provides immediate backfield depth for Green Bay following the news that Josh Jacobs has been placed on the commissioner's exempt list. Johnson announced the move on Sunday before it was confirmed by reports as teams finalized their 53-man rosters.
