Terrion Arnold Signs with Seahawks, Placed on Exempt List

Former Lions cornerback Terrion Arnold has officially signed with the Seattle Seahawks. Despite the signing, the NFL has placed Arnold on the commissioner’s exempt list, meaning he is not permitted to practice or play. He will not count against the team's 53-man roster while on the list. His status remains under scrutiny as he faces several felony charges related to a kidnapping arrest from February.
