Roki Sasaki Placed on 15-Day IL with Finger Blister

The Dodgers placed Roki Sasaki on the 15-day injured list on Thursday, August 27, due to a blister on his right middle finger. Sasaki exited his start early on Wednesday during the fourth inning after the blister developed unexpectedly. Eric Lauer is slated to take his spot in the rotation, and the team has recalled reliever Seth Halvorsen from Triple-A Oklahoma City to provide additional bullpen depth.
