Colts Sign Cornerback Kenneth Harris

The Indianapolis Colts have signed free agent cornerback Kenneth Harris, the team announced on Wednesday. This roster move coincides with the team's decision to waive cornerback Mekhi Blackmon. Harris joins the secondary as the Colts continue to adjust their defensive personnel during the final stages of the preseason.
