Roman Anthony Nears Red Sox Call-Up After Homering in Worcester

Prospect Roman Anthony is nearing a return to the Red Sox, potentially coming off the 60-day injured list as soon as this Friday against the Yankees. Anthony recently homered in his first game with Triple-A Worcester, mirroring his performance in Portland last week. The organization is considering him for an increased role in the outfield rotation as they evaluate roster options for the stretch run, particularly with Jarren Duran currently struggling to produce offensively.
