Simon Nemec Joins Flames Seeking Redemption Against Devils

Former second-overall pick Simon Nemec has joined the Calgary Flames with a clear objective: to prove his worth after being moved by the New Jersey Devils. Nemec is reportedly highly motivated to make his former organization regret their decision to part ways with him. As he transitions to his new role in Calgary, the young defenseman is focused on establishing himself as a key contributor and demonstrating the talent that made him a top draft selection.
