Ty Simpson Set for Critical Preseason Finale Evaluation

Rams quarterback Ty Simpson is confirmed to play in the team's preseason finale. Head coach Sean McVay has yet to name a backup quarterback behind the reigning MVP, making this final game a crucial evaluation period. While McVay insists the competition remains undecided, recent preseason usage patterns suggest that Simpson is currently trailing Stetson Bennett in the race to secure the QB2 roster spot for the upcoming season.
