Ryan Weathers Exits Start Early With Left Forearm Discomfort

Yankees starter Ryan Weathers was forced to leave his Saturday start against the Blue Jays in the fourth inning after throwing 72 pitches due to left forearm discomfort. The 26-year-old required trainer assistance to exit the field and is now scheduled to undergo imaging to determine the severity of the injury. The team is currently monitoring his status as they await medical results to assess the potential impact on his availability for the remainder of the season.
