Shedeur Sanders Outplays Watson in Preseason Loss

Shedeur Sanders completed 9-of-11 passes for 74 yards, one touchdown, and one interception in Saturday's 31-7 loss to the Bills. As he competes for the starting role, Sanders publicly defended teammate Deshaun Watson against booing fans, stating he did not respect the crowd's reaction. The coaching staff is currently evaluating Sanders' development and the overall quarterback situation as they prepare for the regular season.
