Prospect Jefferson Rojas Remains Key Future Piece for Mets

Jefferson Rojas has emerged as a focal point for the New York Mets following his acquisition from the Chicago Cubs in a trade deadline deal. As the team's No. 1 prospect, Rojas is viewed as a long-term investment with the potential to impact the big-league roster by 2027. He continues to develop within the Mets' farm system, recently tallying an RBI in a minor league performance as the organization looks to build its future core around his high ceiling.
