Taylor Ward Returns to Mariners Lineup as Designated Hitter

Taylor Ward has been cleared to return to action and will start at designated hitter, batting eighth, in Wednesday's game against the Brewers. Ward had been sidelined recently while managing a quadriceps injury. His return to the starting nine provides the Mariners with additional depth in the middle of their batting order.
