Ben Brown Sidelined by Injury During Patriots' Preseason Opener

New England Patriots offensive lineman Ben Brown suffered an injury during the team's preseason opener, forcing him out of the lineup. His absence opened the door for undrafted rookie Jacob Rizy to take on an increased role with the unit. The severity of Brown's injury has not been fully detailed, but his availability for the remainder of the preseason is in question as the Patriots continue to evaluate their depth and health along the offensive line before the regular season begins.
