Jamal Adams Out for 2026 Season Following Knee Injury

Veteran safety Jamal Adams will miss the entire 2026 season after suffering a season-ending right knee injury. The injury occurred just 12 snaps into his Vikings debut during a 13-10 preseason win over the Giants. Adams was carted off the field following a non-contact incident in the first half. The injury requires surgery, marking a catastrophic end to his campaign after only one preseason appearance and dealing a crushing blow to his bid to revive his career in Minnesota.
