Francisco Lindor Homers to Propel Mets Past Nationals 4-1

Francisco Lindor helped lift the New York Mets to a 4-1 victory over the Washington Nationals on Friday. Lindor went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk. Despite a slow start for the Mets' offense, which managed only one hit through the first five innings, Lindor's sixth-inning power surge provided the necessary spark to secure the win and continue the team's positive offensive stretch.
