Tony Gonsolin Signs With Kansas City Royals

Right-hander Tony Gonsolin has officially signed with the Kansas City Royals. The deal, announced Thursday, keeps Gonsolin with the club through the remainder of the 2026 season and includes a club option. While financial terms were not disclosed, the move provides the Royals with veteran depth. Gonsolin, formerly of the Dodgers, will look to contribute immediately as the Royals navigate the final stretch of the season.
