Michael Deiter Placed on Season-Ending Injured Reserve

Denver Broncos center Michael Deiter has been placed on season-ending injured reserve. Deiter suffered a significant injury during practice earlier this week and had to be carted off the field. Head coach Sean Payton confirmed the injury is season-ending. In a corresponding move to address the vacancy at center, the Broncos have signed Lecitus Smith to the active roster.
