Franklin Arias Shows Promise During Worcester's Late Rally

Arias showed promise during Triple-A Worcester's 9-6 loss to the Buffalo Bisons on Tuesday. As part of a 27-hit barrage between the two clubs, Arias looked sharp at the plate and eventually came around to score on a Mikey Romero single during a late-game comeback attempt. The performance highlights Arias's continued development within the Red Sox minor league system, even as the WooSox failed to overcome the Blue Jays' affiliate despite a spirited late-inning offensive surge.
