Derek Carr Joins UCLA Coaching Staff After Retirement

Former New Orleans Saints quarterback Derek Carr has officially joined the UCLA football coaching staff as a special advisor. Carr, who retired from the NFL after two seasons in New Orleans, approached the program about the role. Coach Bob Chesney noted that Carr is transitioning into the collegiate ranks to share his veteran expertise and mentor the next generation of quarterbacks in the Bruins' program.
