Jackson Merrill Powers Padres with Clutch Seventh-Inning Homer

Jackson Merrill is hitting his stride as a crucial component of the San Diego Padres' success. In Monday's 3-2 win over the Brewers, Merrill provided the decisive blow by hitting a two-run home run in the seventh inning to spoil a strong start by Logan Henderson. Merrill finished the game 1-for-3. As one of the team's two youngest players, his performance continues to be instrumental in the Padres' competitive push.
