Clay Holmes Struggles in Rough Cubs Debut

Clay Holmes had a difficult outing in his debut as a starter for the Chicago Cubs. In a 6-3 loss to the Royals, Holmes struggled on the mound, delivering a performance that fell short of expectations. The team will look for the veteran to settle in and provide more stability in his upcoming appearances as he adjusts to his new role within the Cubs' rotation.
