Shedeur Sanders Continues QB Competition With Deshaun Watson

Shedeur Sanders is competing for the Cleveland Browns' starting quarterback role. Head coach Todd Monken confirmed that Sanders and Deshaun Watson will continue to alternate first-team reps every practice. Both quarterbacks are slated to start one preseason game, with the third exhibition contest serving as a critical evaluation point to determine the starter for the 2026 season.
