Tank Dell Reaches Milestone, Practices in Pads

Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell reached a significant recovery milestone on Wednesday, participating in practice while wearing pads for the first time since suffering a knee injury in December 2024. While limited to individual drills and avoiding contact, he caught passes from C.J. Stroud and ran full-speed routes. He continues to work toward being fully cleared for training camp activities.
