Zyhir Hope Joins Tigers Organization in Skubal Trade

The Detroit Tigers acquired Zyhir Hope from the Los Angeles Dodgers as part of the blockbuster trade for Cy Young winner Tarik Skubal. Hope, packaged with River Ryan and Brady Smith, is a key piece in Detroit's strategy to replenish their farm system with young talent following the departure of their rotation anchors. He is considered one of the top fantasy prospects moved at the trade deadline and will now focus on his development within the Tigers' organization.
