Lane Thomas Traded to Atlanta Braves

Outfielder Lane Thomas and pitcher Bailey Falter were traded by the Kansas City Royals to the Atlanta Braves in exchange for minor league pitchers Lucas Braun and Carter Holton. Thomas had previously signed a one-year, $5.25 million deal with Kansas City. He was officially added to the Braves' roster as part of a busy day of moves.
