Anthony Molina Traded to Giants in Tyler Mahle Deal

Right-handed pitcher Anthony Molina has been traded to the San Francisco Giants as part of a deal that sends veteran starting pitcher Tyler Mahle to the Atlanta Braves. The trade, which was reported Sunday night and confirmed by multiple MLB insiders, is part of an aggressive push by the Braves to bolster their pitching depth before the trade deadline. The move concludes Molina's tenure with the Braves organization as the Giants acquire the right-hander in the exchange.
