Zack Wheeler Exits Early in Rain-Shortened Outing

Zack Wheeler's start against the Baltimore Orioles on Sunday was cut short by rain. He pitched two innings, allowing just one hit and striking out three batters before the game was interrupted. Wheeler did not factor into the decision. He had entered the matchup looking to rebound with a strong performance for the Phillies, but the weather limited his ability to go deep into the game.
