Omar Alfonzo Traded to Yankees in Doval Deal

Minor league prospect Omar Alfonzo, 22, was traded from the Pittsburgh Pirates to the New York Yankees on Saturday. The transaction was part of a larger deal that sent reliever Camilo Doval to Pittsburgh. The trade also included 18-year-old prospect Luis Cruz moving to the Yankees organization as New York looks to bolster its minor league depth.
