Tory Horton Returns to Full Participation at Training Camp

Seahawks wide receiver Tory Horton is a full participant at training camp after recovering from a cracked tibia that sidelined him for the final nine games and playoffs last season. Horton underwent surgery in February to have a rod implanted in his leg after initially suffering the injury in Week 3. While he remains off the redraft radar as he works back into form, his return to the field is a positive development for the Seahawks' receiving corps.
