Gavin Hollowell Placed on 15-Day Injured List

The Chicago Cubs have placed reliever Gavin Hollowell on the 15-day injured list, retroactive to July 31, due to right shoulder inflammation. The move is part of a broader bullpen shuffle for the team, which also included the recall of left-hander Antoine Kelly from Triple-A Iowa. Hollowell's status will be monitored as he begins his recovery from the shoulder issue.
