Jordan James Sidelined Indefinitely with Fractured Ribs

San Francisco 49ers running back Jordan James has been sidelined indefinitely after suffering fractured ribs. The injury has forced the team to aggressively evaluate depth options, including working out multiple free-agent running backs to assist Christian McCaffrey. Prior to the injury, James had been competing with rookie Kaelon Black for the primary backup role. The team is now managing the backfield rotation as James begins his recovery process.
