Kaelon Black Poised for Expanded Role Following Jordan James Injury

Rookie running back Kaelon Black is expected to see an increased role in the 49ers' backfield following the news that teammate Jordan James has suffered fractured ribs. Black has received high praise from veteran Christian McCaffrey, who noted his impressive development during training camp. With the team working out additional running backs, Black's performance in camp will be critical as he competes for primary backup duties and looks to make an impact as a rookie.
