Jonathan Greenard Placed on PUP List With Pectoral Strain

The Philadelphia Eagles have placed outside linebacker Jonathan Greenard on the active/PUP list to open training camp. Greenard sustained a pectoral strain while lifting prior to the start of camp activities. While the injury is not expected to be a long-term issue, his participation will be limited during his recovery. This marks a difficult start to his $98 million tenure with the team, as the Eagles lose a key defensive piece for the immediate future.
