Joey Porter Jr. Placed on PUP List with Undisclosed Injury

The Pittsburgh Steelers have placed cornerback Joey Porter Jr. on the active/PUP list due to an undisclosed injury as training camp opens. Porter joins teammate Jalen Ramsey on the list, and his status will be monitored throughout camp. The situation adds complexity to the Steelers' ongoing contract negotiations with the cornerback, which have been impacted by recent market-setting deals elsewhere in the league.
