Brewers Designate Lance McCullers for Assignment

The Milwaukee Brewers have designated pitcher Lance McCullers for assignment less than two weeks after acquiring him from the Houston Astros. During his brief tenure, McCullers made two relief appearances, posting an 0-0 record with a 3.86 ERA. His final appearance included walking four batters in less than two innings. The move comes as a surprise given the short duration of his time with the club, reflecting clear buyer's remorse from the organization.
