Bryan King Recalled by Astros Following IL Move

The Houston Astros have recalled left-handed pitcher Bryan King from Triple-A Sugar Land. The roster move comes as the team places right-handed starter Spencer Arrighetti on the 15-day injured list due to nerve irritation in his right foot. King will provide immediate depth to the Astros' pitching staff as the team adjusts to the loss of Arrighetti.
