Dustin May Solid in Cardinals' Loss to Reds

Dustin May took the mound for the Cardinals in Friday's crucial NL Central series opener against the Reds. While the outing was described as solid rather than his best of the season, May was ultimately saddled with a loss as the St. Louis offense remained silent for the majority of the game. The Reds secured a 7:15 PM central time victory, leaving the Cardinals' bats unable to provide the necessary run support for May's effort.
