Michael McGreevy Starts in Cardinals' Weather-Delayed Loss

St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Michael McGreevy took the mound for a rare Thursday afternoon make-up game against the Arizona Diamondbacks at Busch Stadium. Originally scheduled as an off-day for the club, the contest was necessitated by a weather postponement from earlier in the season. McGreevy was tasked with leading the Cardinals' fortunes in the matinee, but the team ultimately struggled in the outing, falling to the Diamondbacks in a game that did not go as expected.
