Dominic Smith Powers Braves Offense in Win Over Padres

Dominic Smith served as the designated hitter in Thursday's series finale against the San Diego Padres, contributing to a 6-5 Braves victory. Smith's performance was pivotal, highlighted by a three-run home run that helped the team overcome an early deficit. His inclusion in the lineup was intended to bolster the offense in support of starter Chris Sale, and his impact at the plate proved essential in helping the Braves reach their 60th win of the season.
